Introducing JourneySpark!

"Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else."

-Leonardo da Vinci

It’s hard to believe I’ve been in consulting for 30 years, 25 of them at Booz & Company and later PwC. Over the years one thing has been constant – my passion for helping clients accelerate innovation and evolve their cultures to deliver sustained growth and customer loyalty. Along the way, I’ve enjoyed collaborating with some great clients and teams, starting off in the consumer products and retail space focused on reimagining category leadership, shopper marketing, and ecommerce. Later, I broadened my focus across a range of BtoC and BtoB industries, helping clients develop stronger capabilities and cultures to optimize digital and physical experiences along the customer journey.

Now, I’m excited to start the next stage of my journey. I’m pleased to announce the launch of JourneySpark Consulting, through which I will focus on leadership coaching, playing a fractional CxO role, and helping clients facilitate alignment and training on their companies’ CX journeys. I’m also excited to collaborate with the Modern Marketing Association as a subject matter expert to help them expand their leadership in the experience management space. Finally, I’m going to explore opportunities to teach and give back. Stay tuned for more on these pursuits in the months ahead!

For those of you that I’ve had the pleasure to engage with over the years, I hope you’ll see this as a natural next stage in my journey to follow my interests and amplify my impact. I’m excited to continue the conversations and collaboration, whether on how to ideate and deliver more innovative experiences along your customer journeys, improve your organizational effectiveness as you progress on your company’s own journey to be more customer-driven, or look to empower and upskill your leaders, managers and frontline employees to deliver a better customer experience even as they deepen their own engagement with your brand’s mission, vision and values.
