Matt was a partner at PwC Strategy& for more than 15 years and is a recognized thought leader in the experience management space. Matt has worked across a broad set of industries, from retail to consumer goods to healthcare to financial services to technology to industrials. Matt helps companies enhance their organizational effectiveness and build capabilities that fuse human-centered design with analytics, evolving their culture to be more customer-driven.
Matt is a regular speaker and author on customer experience, enterprise agility, and culture topics. He has authored more than 25 articles in leading publications.
Matt launched JourneySpark Consulting to work closely with leaders to help shape their vision, build and develop their teams, and evolve their organization's culture.
He is also the author of The CX and Culture Connection: Creating a Growth Flywheel by Approaching Customer Experience and Culture Together and host of the CX & Culture Connection Podcast.
Matt is a strategic advisor to AgenticAdvertising.org, which is a community of brands, agencies, publishers, and tech companies whose purpose is "bringing people together across functional disciplines and industry sectors to create a vibrant community of builders." As marketers shift from authorship to orchestration, AAO provides members a forum to collaborate on standards and education.

Virginia is a seasoned strategist with over a decade of experience defining and executing growth strategies across all industries, both independently and as part of PwC Strategy&, frequently in collaboration with Matt.
Her interest for CX was ignited by her unique experience as an industry-leading business owner and operator whose success was dependent on her understanding of, and strategic investment in, her customers. She has partnered with Matt to bring that passion and expertise to leadership and their broader organizations. Virginia has a BA, with honors, from Wellesley College and received her MBA from Columbia University.
Randall Rothenberg

Randall has spent much of the past 40 years helping consumer and B2B brands, media companies, advertising agencies, tech firms, and creators see - and adapt to - the waves of technology-driven change that have overwhelmed economies and restructured entire industries.
Randall served as the CEO for the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) for 16 years, which he helped build into one of the most influential trade associations in the world, by helping organizations make sense of - and adapt to - the digital revolution.
Prior to serving as the CEO of the IAB, Randall was the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Director of Intellectual Capital at Booz & Company, where he oversaw business development, knowledge management, and thought leadership.
Together with Matt, Randall is a a strategic advisor to AgenticAdvertising.org, which is a community of brands, agencies, publishers, and tech companies focused on the shift from authorship to orchestration, reimagining what "good" looks like for marketing and customer experience.

Passionate about optimizing customer journeys, Kirk focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data practices to enhance and enable seamless interactions. With a strong foundation in business and technology, Kirk graduated from the University of Vermont with a BS in Business Administration and a concentration in Business Technologies.
